Please review before your first meeting with us, or, if you just want a refresher from time to time. In meditation, we return consistently and ardently to the breath, to the here and now. As a daily practice, silent sitting nurtures our capacity to respond instead of reacting to life. We become open to receiving the intuition from silence and the surprise of the moment.
